Completely renovated, luxuriously furnished accommodation built in a traditional architectural style with modern elements of natural materials, stone and chestnut wood, is one of the largest villas in the authentic Greek village of Sikia, dating back to 1890. It is located at a distance of 450m from the center of the village, which contains shops, cafes and taverns, and the nearest sandy beach of the same name, Sikija, is at a distance of 5.1km.
In a beautifully landscaped grassy yard with stone paths, a swimming pool, a summer house with a stone barbecue, beautiful flowers and among hundreds of years old olive trees, this amphitheater-built accommodation is tucked away in a very quiet location, so that guests can enjoy this accommodation, which, with the constant chirping of birds, also represents a modern haven of peace and relaxation with a panoramic view of the entire village and the mountain.
The offer includes two stone maisonettes with three bedrooms (3 Bedroom Apartment, Two-level), square footage (130m2) that can accommodate up to 8 people, and one two-bed studio (2 Bed Studio), square footage (60m2) for a maximum of two people.
Each accommodation unit has its own name, inspired by the three main characteristics of Greece, so one maisonette is named Gaia (earth) and the other Elaia (olive). The double studio is called Ouranos (heaven).
Duplex maisonettes, or apartments on two levels with three bedrooms, contain a living room with a kitchen and dining room and a bathroom on the lower level, on the ground floor. The upper level, i.e. the first floor, is reached by an internal staircase made of wrought iron and wood, where there are three bedrooms and another bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with one double bed each, while the third bedroom has two single beds. One bedroom has access to the balcony. There are sofas for two people in the living room, so the maximum capacity of the maisonette is eight people. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. The double studio is located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of two people, since it contains one double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
Upon request, and within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets. Air conditioners are located in the living room as well as in the bedrooms in the maisonettes. Smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, iron, shared washing machine are at guests' disposal. The kitchens are equipped with a large fridge-freezer in the maisonettes and a small fridge-freezer in the two-bed studio, a flat plate with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
Depending on the number of floors, the units may have a balcony equipped with seating or a veranda, as well as a view of the pool and yard or of the mountain.
Within the beautifully landscaped and fenced yard, there is a swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas, as well as a summer house with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, which also offers a wonderful view of the village and the mountains.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Accommodation units are cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
