Myloi Loggou Studios accommodation is located not far from Siki beach, in a spacious courtyard with plenty of natural shade. It is ideal for families with children, as it has a fenced playground for children, but also for all those looking for modest and affordable accommodation.
The accommodation is located about 150 m from the long, sandy beach of Siki, behind the famous tavern Theano. The nearest mini markets are within the Melissa and Pitsoni camps, about 700 m away, and the bakery is on the main road, a little less than 2 km away.
There are a total of three buildings for rent, while the owners live in the fourth and there is only one accommodation unit. The first and second are practically connected, while the third is at the bottom of the yard, so it has its own privacy, and the fourth is next to the first two. The first is facing the sea, and the second is on the side of the sea.
The first building consists of seven studios and one four-bed apartment, arranged on the high ground floor and on the first floor. Three studios have two beds (No. 1, 4 and 7) and have a double bed, while the other three studios have four beds (No. 3, 5 and 8) and have two narrower than standard double beds. The four-bed apartment (No. 6) has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. The kitchens are the same, they have a stove and a small fridge, except that in the four-bed studios the kitchen is separated from the bed (no door between). In the bathroom of the two-bed studios there are only tiles and a shower, while in the four-bed studios there is a shower tub. Double studio no. 1 and apartment (No. 6) have a bathroom with a shower cabin. Two four-bed studios (no. 5 and 8) on the first floor have a distant view of the sea. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, excellent internet, mosquito nets, as well as a terrace with table, chairs and umbrella.
The second building consists of eight studios, four on the first floor and four on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is one two-bed studio (No. 17) with one double bed, two four-bed studios (No. 14 and 15) with two double beds and one five-bed studio (No. 16) with two double beds and one single bed. On the ground floor there is one two-bed studio (no. 10) with a double bed and one four-bed studio (no. 9) with two double beds. This four-bed studio has been renovated, like all two-bed studios. The two four-bed studios (no. 11 and 13) on the ground floor have two French beds narrower than the standard ones, in the price list they are marked as 4 bed studio, ground floor, non-renovated and they do not have air conditioning. The kitchens are the same as in the first building, they have a stove and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub or just tiles. Terraces of study no. 9 and 10 is one large terrace, as well as studio no. 11 and 13, so not much privacy, but each studio has its own seating set. Terraces of study no. 15 and 16 is also one large terrace, as well as studio no. 14 and 17. Also, each studio has its own seating set, with the terraces of studio no. 14 and 17 passing. All studios have air conditioning, TV, excellent internet and mosquito nets.
The third building, i.e. the house, is a six-bed apartment. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which has a narrower than standard double bed and a single bed, while the other has two single beds. To get to the bathroom, which has a shower, you have to go through a room with single beds, so it is passable. In the kitchen there is a small oven with hotplates and a large fridge, as well as a sofa for one person. The terrace overlooks the courtyard and has a table and chairs.
In the fourth building, which is a one-story house, the owners live, there is also a reception, and in the back part there is a three-bed apartment that overlooks the courtyard. The apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, and a single bed in the room with the kitchen. The kitchen has a stove and a small fridge, while the bathroom has a walk-in shower (only tiles).
Change of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning of accommodation units, is done after four nights. Pets are allowed on request. The owners are very friendly and always available to guests.
In the yard of the house there is a playground (in the sand) for children, a barbecue, a table and chairs under the vines and a private parking lot.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is by walking along the street next to Siki Beach and when you reach the Theano Tavern, just before it you will see an unpaved road into which you should turn. At the end of that road, you enter the courtyard of the accommodation.
