In a quiet part of the coast of Halkidiki, in the town of Sikia, is located Nostos Villa - spacious, comfortable and ideal for a family vacation or gathering with friends on the Greek coast. The villa is spread over two levels and is ideal for a maximum of four adults and two children. On the upper ground floor there is one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and dining room and a bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with two double beds and two single beds, which ensures a pleasant and quality sleep for all guests. The space is extremely well organized, and offers the possibility of both longer and shorter stays for families with children or groups of friends.

Villa Nostos has the option of using a baby cot at the request of guests.

The villa's equipment will satisfy even the most demanding guests - it is fully air-conditioned, and guests also have access to Wi-Fi internet, TV with satellite channels, and a safety deposit box. In addition, there is a fan, two hair dryers and two irons. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine, and all kinds of meals can be prepared in it with great ease.

Villa Nostos also has a spacious balcony equipped with seating, which makes it an ideal place for morning coffee, evening conversations or quiet moments watching the starry sky. In addition, the villa has access to a private veranda on the upper ground floor, perfect for gatherings together or relaxing in the evening with the sounds of nature. The veranda offers a view of the landscaped yard, which is full of greenery and fenced, thus providing a carefree environment for children. In the yard, guests have toys for the youngest at their disposal, and a special feature is the comfortable furniture for sitting in the shade, ideal for family gatherings and shared meals. There is also a barbecue, ideal for preparing fresh local specialties in a relaxed courtyard setting.

Pets are welcome and their stay is included in the price, which makes the villa suitable for families traveling with their four-legged friends.

Guests independently take care of the hygiene of the premises during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every 10 days. An additional set of bed linen and towels is also available to guests.

Guests can park their vehicles in the private parking lot in front of the villa, which ensures vehicle safety as well as practical and easy access to the accommodation.

Nostos Villa is located only 1.2 km from the nearest beach in Sikia. Thanks to that location, guests are in the immediate vicinity of the sea, but also far enough away from the crowds, so that they can enjoy peace, nature and silence. Sikia itself is one of the oldest villages in Halkidiki, with characteristic Macedonian architecture, old stone houses and churches from the 19th century. The village exudes an authentic spirit and is ideal for walking through narrow streets, discovering local taverns and meeting tradition.
