Located in the first row to the sea, just a few steps from the beautiful sandy beach of Sikia, Toula's House is an ideal choice for a holiday on the coast. It is located in a small, fenced yard, which makes it suitable for families with children, as well as for anyone looking for accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The beach is right in front of the house, and there is only a quiet street in between. Pizzeria Toula, which is under the same ownership, is located next to the house. The nearest supermarket is about 50 meters away.
Within the building, on the ground floor at the front of the building, there are two four-bed apartments, as well as a studio in the attic with a view of the sea for two people, located on the first floor. We also offer a brand new luxury studio for two people, located on the ground floor, in the courtyard part of the building.
The studios consist of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom and have one double bed. The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. They have a double bed and two beds for one person.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have internet, TV and hair dryer. In all kitchens there is one hotplate, a kettle and a large fridge. All accommodation units have a table and chairs on the terrace, as well as a view of the sea.
There is a barbecue in the courtyard, but no private parking. There is enough parking space in front of the yard.
Towels and bed linen are provided, but cleaning service is not included. Pets are not allowed.
You will get to the house by following the road next to Siki beach and when you reach Toula pizzeria, you will see the house right next to it.
