The newly built complex consists of 2 guesthouse buildings, a third one where the reception, restaurant, bar and lounge can be found and an internal communal courtyard. Built according to the local architecture, the guesthouse has stone and timber features. Latania complex consists of studios accommodating from two up to four persons and apartments with separate bedroom accommodating up to four or five persons.
