Accommodation is located in the center of Skala Potamia, 100m from the beach. If you are coming from the direction of Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, turn left at the Carrefour supermarket, then left again, and continue for another thirty meters until you see the sign for Annmari Studios on the left.

This newly built complex consists of two ground floor buildings located across from each other and offers five studios:

Studies no. 1, no. 2 and no. 5 are the same, and in them there is one double bed and a sofa for one person.
Studio no. 3 consists of a double bed and a sofa bed.
Studio no. 4 is equipped with a double bed and bunk beds.
The accommodation is very modern, equipped with new furniture and terraces with seating. The studios are very spacious and identically arranged. They have a fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle and a shaker. Cleaning is done every day, and linen and towels are changed every third day.

The yard is very spacious, equipped with toys for children, as well as a built-in barbecue area, and private parking and internet access are also available to guests of this accommodation.
