Elegant apartments are located in Pefkari, about 150 meters from the beach.

When coming from the direction of Limenaria, do not turn at the first, main turn for Pefkari, but at the second, which is located right in front of the Alexandra Beach Hotel. When you turn right, drive another 100 meters and on your left you will see apartments.

This is a newly built accommodation for the 2017 season. It offers one studio for 4 people, three apartments for 5 people and seven apartments for 4 people.

The studio is located on the high ground floor and has one double bed and one sofa with a drawer, it can sleep two people. Within the same room is the kitchen and the exit to the terrace.

The apartments are on both low and high ground floor. The apartments on the high ground floor in one room have a kitchen, double bed, TV, A / C and access to the terrace, while in the other there is a sofa with a drawer and another TV. While the apartments on the lower ground floor also have two rooms, only the double bed is in a separate and the couch with a drawer in the room where the kitchen is. In these apartments the door between the two rooms is sliding.

One apartment is on two levels, more precisely a penthouse. The high ground floor has a kitchen, two sofas, bathroom, TV, A / C, exit to the terrace and exit to the backyard. There is a seating area on the terrace and in the yard. On the lower ground floor there is a bedroom with a large round bed, TV, A / C and a bathroom.

One apartment is larger, located on the ground floor and next to the terrace there is an exit to the yard. The living room has a kitchen, two sofas, TV, A / C and access to the yard. While in the bedroom there is a double bed, TV, A / C and access to the terrace.

All accommodation units are modernly decorated and equipped with quality furniture, as well as satellite TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, hairdryer, safe and free internet access. They have a kitchen and a terrace overlooking the pool. The bathroom has a shower that is lined with glass. They are located on the low and high ground floor.

The pool is located in the middle of the yard, while guests of the apartment have private parking.

Pets are allowed on request.

It is located in a great location, in a quiet part of Pefkari, about 400m from the center and about 1km from Potos.
