Anna Studios 3 can be an excellent choice for those looking for renovated and affordable accommodation, close to the beach, yet far from the noise. The owners are friendly and go out of their way to meet their guests for everything you need, which will complete your vacation.
It is located about 200m from a beautiful, sandy beach, as well as taverns and shops.
Anna Studios 3 is actually the same building as Anna Studios 2, and is located in the same courtyard as Anna Studios. There are only three studios available for rent, two with three beds and one with four beds.
Three-bed studios (16-20m2) have one double bed narrower than standard and a single bed or a double bed and a sofa for one person, and four-bed studios (36m2) have one double bed and two single beds.
The bathrooms have a shower cabin and are lined with a special waterproof material used in houses on Santorini. The material is brown in color and looks very unusual. Kitchens and bathrooms are completely new, renovated in 2018.
The studios have a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, internet and a terrace overlooking the courtyard and parking lot. Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every four days.
A large brick barbecue with summerhouse and dining table is available to guests in the yard, as well as a large private parking lot (which is a big advantage).
You will reach the accommodation by driving along the main street by the sea until you reach the children's playground after Afroditi Tavern (from the direction of Nikitia). At the playground, you will turn into the first alley and drive along that alley until the end, when you will see the accommodation.
