Tucked away in a spacious courtyard, Anna Studios in Toroni can be a good choice for those who want a peaceful holiday. An excellent combination of an affordable price, neat accommodation, quiet location and friendly owners will make your vacation unforgettable.
The accommodation is located about 200m from the beautiful sandy beach and the main promenade. The nearest supermarket with a bakery is about 200m away, where there is a promenade by the sea, and a church and a school are nearby.
Anna Studios consists of six three-bed studios, one two-bed studio, three four-bed studios and one five-bed studio. There is also a three-bed studio in the owner's house.
Three-bed studios (15-17m2) have a kitchen, one double bed narrower than standard and one single bed, one double bed and a single bed or a double bed and a sofa for one person in the same room. In three studios, the kitchen is spatially separated by a wall. Four studios face the courtyard, and two face the front and other houses. One studio is on the ground floor and overlooks the courtyard, while the others are located on the first and second floors. One three-bed studio on the first floor, facing the front of the building, has a large paved terrace-like area, ideal for children.
The three-bed studio, which is part of the owner's house, is on the ground floor (in the price list 3 Bed Studio, Ground Floor), has a separate entrance and faces the courtyard. In the studio there is one double bed narrower than standard and one single bed. It has a kitchen, air conditioning, TV and a large balcony.
Four-bed studios (17-23m2) have a kitchen, one double bed narrower than standard and a bunk bed or a double bed and a sofa for two people in the same room. One faces the courtyard, and the other two face the front of the building and other houses. These studios are located on the first and second floors. One four-bed studio has two terraces, facing the front, that is, the yard.
On the ground floor there is the aforementioned three-bed studio and another two-bed and one five-bed studio. Two-bed and five-bed apartments were completely renovated in 2018. The five-bed studio is 34m2 and has one double bed in the part with the kitchen, or two single beds and an armchair that opens and becomes a single bed in the part separated from the first room by a wall. This studio is comfortable and has a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard.
All accommodation units have wireless internet, TV, mosquito nets, a kitchen with two hotplates and a small fridge with a hair dryer (only one four-bed studio on the ground floor has a large fridge). Each bathroom has an enclosed shower area with a curtain, some bathrooms are closed with classic and some with sliding doors. The terraces have awnings and are very pleasant to stay on. Change of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, is done every 3-4 days, depending on the length of stay. In agreement with the owners, it is possible to get a cot for a baby and a hair dryer, but also to use a washing machine. Also, upon agreement, the accommodation can accommodate certain pets.
There is enough space in the yard for children to play. A large covered wooden table with chairs, several covered parking spaces and enough open space for parking are available to guests in the yard.
You will reach the accommodation by driving along the main street to the sea to Afroditi Taverna from the direction of Neos Marmaras. When you pass Afroditi and reach the children's playground, you will turn into the alley on the left and drive 200m until you reach the accommodation. Part of the street is not paved.
