The villa consists of five bedrooms, which are distributed on the high ground floor and on the first floor. On the upper ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed. There is one single bed in the room with the kitchen. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. There are two single beds in two bedrooms, and a double bed in the third.
The apartment is air-conditioned, has a fan, internet and mosquito nets. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, a microwave oven, a toaster, a juicer and a coffee machine. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with an open shower area, and there is also a washing machine.
A clean set of bed linen and towels is available to the guests, so if they wish, they can change them once during their stay, and once a week, at the request of the guests, the owner can clean the apartment. One cleaning of the apartment is included in the price, and each subsequent one is paid additionally.
In the fenced and well-kept yard there is a set for sitting, deckchairs and an outdoor shower, and guests can park their car down the street, in front of and near the accommodation, there is usually space.
