Both studios have a terrace, one overlooking the mountain and the other overlooking the neighboring buildings. The terrace that overlooks the neighboring buildings is slightly larger and wider, while the other terrace is narrower. Both studios have a kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils, with the kitchen in the studio overlooking the mountain being larger and having a large refrigerator, while the other studio has a small refrigerator.
The studios have a stove with two burners, TV, internet, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower without a curtain.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every four days.
There is no parking in front of the accommodation, but vehicles can be parked in the parking lot of Fotini's Studios 2 or along the street.
