On the lower level, which is at the level of the semi-basement, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the second level, which is at the level of the upper ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. Two bedrooms have one double bed each, while one bedroom has two single beds for two people.
