Near the beach, in the second row to the sea, there is accommodation Elegant Stelios Villa, the right choice for all those who value proximity to the beach. Several accommodation units are completely new and equipped with extremely high-quality furniture, and additionally the owners offer their guests a free set of deckchairs on the beach.
The accommodation is about 20m from the beach, there is a tavern within the accommodation, and the nearest supermarket is only 50m away.
The accommodation is divided into two owners, so one part of the units is called Elegant Stelios Villa, and the other is called Stelios Melissis Apartments. Elegant Stelios accommodation offers three older four-bed apartments with two bedrooms (No. 4, 5 and 6) on the ground floor, as well as newer units, i.e. one four-bed studio (No. 8) and two four-bed apartments (No. 7 and 9) on the second floor.
Three four-bed apartments on the ground floor have a double bed in one bedroom, and two single beds in the other. The third has one double bed, one single bed and one narrower than standard double bed.
Four-bed studio no. 8 has a gallery where there is one double bed, while right below it, in the room where the kitchen is, there is another double bed.
Four-bed apartment no. 7 is equipped with one double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in the room with the kitchen.
Four-bed apartment (4+1) no. 9 in the bedroom has one double bed, an armchair that does not extend and, if necessary, an additional single bed can be added, while the second double bed is located in the room with the kitchen. This apartment has two air conditioners, two televisions and two terraces.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, a terrace with a table and chairs for sitting, a line for drying clothes, an equipped kitchen with the necessary dishes, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle and a small oven with three burners. The bathrooms have an enclosed shower area. We would like to mention that some apartments have sliding doors in the bathroom. Towels and bed linen are changed, as well as cleaning, every three days.
All guests are provided with a private parking lot as well as a brick barbecue with a table and chairs for socializing. Each room gets two deckchairs and a beach umbrella free of charge.
