Fotini's Studios 2 is a beautifully decorated accommodation near the wonderful sandy beach of Toroni. If you are looking for a combination of an affordable price, an excellent location, neat accommodation and a friendly owner, this property is the right choice for your vacation.
The owners have two houses, Fotini's Studios and Fotini's Studios 2. The second one is about 180m from the beach, and the nearest supermarket with a bakery, as well as the first restaurants, can be found 130m away.
The house has a total of six accommodation units. Four three-bed studios (20m2) can also be used as doubles, and each have a double bed and a single bed in the same room as the kitchen. Two are located on the high ground floor, and two on the first floor. Two four-bed apartments (4+1) (35m2) have a narrower than standard double bed in the bedroom, or two bunk beds in the room with the kitchen. One apartment is on the first floor, and the other is on the upper ground floor. All accommodation units face the front of the building and the courtyard.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets, in agreement with the owners you can get a cot for a baby and a hair dryer. The studios have a kitchen equipped with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a frieze, and the apartments also have an oven, while the bathrooms only have tiles, and some studios have curtains in the bathrooms. Wireless internet is available on the terraces and in the yard, while it is much weaker in the units themselves. The terraces are separate, with tables and chairs, as well as a rack for drying clothes. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every four days. Pets are allowed.
Guests have at their disposal a private parking lot and a yard full of greenery and shade, with a barbecue and tables with chairs.
You will reach the accommodation by driving along the main street by the sea. After passing the Afroditi tavern, after 100m you will turn into a semi-paved street and drive another 100m until you reach the Fotini accommodation.
