Accommodation Gianna Studios is located in a nice place, not right next to the road, so peace is ensured. The sandy beach has crystal clear water and is the holder of the Blue Flag, and it is about 70 meters away, while the first market and tavern are about 100 meters away.
The offer includes two three-bed and one four-bed studio, one four-bed apartment and one five-bed duplex apartment, which are located on the first and second floors.
On the first floor there is a three-bed studio, a four-bed apartment and a five-bed duplex apartment.
The three-bed studio is equipped with one French bed and a sofa for one person.
The four-bed apartment is intended for a family with two children. In one room there is a kitchen and a double bed, and in the other bunk beds for children. The rooms are separated by glass doors with a curtain.
The five-bed duplex apartment consists of two bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, and the second one has a double bed and a sofa. In the spacious living room with the kitchen there is a sofa that folds out and is used for sleeping.
On the second floor are one three-bed studio with a sofa for one person and one four-bed studio with a French bed in one room and bunk beds for children in the other room (which is not separated by a door).
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have TV and internet. The kitchens are equipped with utensils and dishes for preparing meals and have a two-burner stove, a small oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer. All bathrooms have recessed shower tiles, with some having a single glass partition, while others have a curtain. Most accommodation units have a partially sheltered view of the sea and all have nice terraces with awnings, table and chairs, so shade and protection from the sun are provided throughout the day. There are mosquito nets on the windows and doors, and a baby cot is available on request.
In the yard there is a covered summerhouse, a brick barbecue, as well as a table with chairs for dining and socializing. There is a private covered parking about 50 meters from the house.
