Giota Studios offers one three-bed studio (No. 1) and two four-bed studios (No. 2 and 3) on the first floor. The three-bed studio, with a view of the back yard, has one double bed and one single bed. Of the two four-bed studios, both with sea views, one has two double beds that are narrower than standard (no. 2), and the other has one double and bunk beds (no. 3).
All studios have air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, a terrace with a table and chairs for sitting, a line for drying clothes, an equipped kitchen with the necessary dishes, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle and a two-burner stove. The bathrooms have an enclosed shower area and a curtain. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days, while guests are responsible for hygiene during their stay.
All guests are provided with a private parking lot as well as a brick barbecue with a table and chairs for socializing. Each room gets two deckchairs and a beach umbrella free of charge.
