Nikos House is located in a settlement built in the Cycladic style, on the west coast of the Sithonia peninsula, in the second row and 110m from the beach with golden sand and turquoise sea, Aretes beach, while it is 5km from the nearest larger town, Toronia. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, there is only one tavern and one bar on the beach, which guarantees guests a peaceful vacation away from the crowds and noise characteristic of larger resorts.
According to its structure, Nikos House is a maisonette on two levels intended for a maximum of seven adults. On the lower level, which is at the level of the semi-basement, there are four bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the second level, which is at the level of the upper ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. Two bedrooms have one double bed each, one bedroom has two beds for one person, while one bedroom has one bed for one person with larger dimensions than a standard bed.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this accommodation, which is not air-conditioned, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, TV, fan, hair dryer, toilet, bathroom with washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
