Sophia Maisonettes is a brand new house in Toroni, with only two maisonettes, so guests are guaranteed peace and privacy. They received the first (and satisfied) guests in June 2018. The accommodation is an excellent choice for all those who focus primarily on the quality and equipment of the accommodation, as well as the location itself, not far from the beach.
The accommodation is located in Toroni, 120 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. The market, taverns and other amenities are about 200m away from the accommodation.
Maisonettes consist of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom, another bathroom and a terrace on the first floor. They can host a total of six adults.
The bedroom on the ground floor has one comfortable double bed and a sofa bed that can sleep one child or one adult. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the dishes and utensils for preparing meals, an electric kettle, a filter coffee machine and a large fridge with freezer. Both maisonettes have a classic stove with an oven. The bathrooms on the ground floor have a shower cabin, and on the first floor they have only a toilet. All bathrooms have a hairdryer. The upstairs bedroom has three single beds and access to a spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The first maisonette next to the street has a view of the sea.
The maisonettes are comfortable, and the total area of one is 85m2, of which the ground floor is 30m2, the first floor is 20m2 and a 15m2 terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the ground floor. Both maisonettes have a large veranda on the ground floor with a large dining table and comfortable chairs. Also, they have two air conditioners, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor.
Internet, 32-inch TV located on the ground floor are available to guests. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay (once a week for stays longer than 14 days), and then complete cleaning is also done.
A small and beautifully landscaped yard, a mobile grill and a large private parking lot are also provided.
The accommodation is located in a quiet part of Toroni, close to the center and only a three-minute walk from the beach. It is a perfect choice for families who want a quiet vacation, close to a very beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear sea and beautiful sunsets.
You will reach the accommodation by driving along the main street by the sea. When you pass the Smile mini market, drive another 200m and turn into the second alley on the left (counting from the Smile market). After 50m you will see the accommodation Sophia Maisonette.
It suits families or larger groups, as well as anyone who would like to spend their vacation in a new and tidy accommodation, with a lot of privacy and little crowding in the yard.
