If you imagined your ideal vacation in a house right on the beach, Comfort House (80 m²) is the accommodation you are looking for. As soon as you leave the yard, you will step into fine sand, and in just a minute you will reach the crystal clear sea. This accommodation is a true oasis of peace and provides complete privacy for you, your family and friends.
Comfort House is located on the beach of Tristinika. The nearest mini-market is located in the camp about 150 meters away, the nearest tavern Dimitris is about 200 meters away, while the famous beach bar Ethnik is in the immediate vicinity. The beach does not have a long shallow, so it is more suitable for families with slightly older children.
The house is spread over two levels and can host up to ten people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, a sofa bed and a sofa bed for two people, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary dishes and a large refrigerator, while the stove and oven are located in the summer kitchen. There is also a toilet without a shower on the ground floor. Wooden stairs lead to the attic, where there are three single beds (one in the form of a mattress) and a sofa bed for two people, slightly narrower than a standard double bed. Behind the house there are two bathrooms with an enclosed shower area and a curtain.
The house is equipped with TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet, clothes dryer and hair dryer. On the porch, which is raised several steps above the level of the yard, there is a table with chairs, and next to the house is a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a dining table.
There is enough parking space in the yard. Ten deckchairs, two umbrellas and two kayaks are at guests' disposal. Guests are provided with clean towels and bed linen, but the owners do not enter the accommodation to change them, in order to preserve privacy during the stay. A washing machine is also available, which guests can use as needed.
The house is located in the same yard as Sweet Home, another property that is rented out by the same owners.
Following the GPS navigation, at the intersection for the Ethnik beach bar, you need to get off the asphalt onto the macadam road that leads to the bar, turn left after the Dimitris tavern and follow the road that leads directly to the Comfort House.
