Ifigeneia Premium Villa is a completely new and modernly equipped facility that will welcome its first guests in July 2025. It is located in a quiet part of Tripiti and is an excellent choice for guests looking for comfort, silence and a relaxing environment.
The accommodation is located about 300 meters from Tripiti beach, which is sandy and pebble in the part in front of the Blue Dream Palace hotel. The nearest grocery store is about 2 km away, in the direction of Limenaria.
There are a total of eight accommodation units on offer - six two-bed studios and two four-bed maisonettes, that is, units on two levels. Four studios are located on the first floor, while the remaining two studios and both maisonettes are located on the second floor of the building.
Two-bed studios have an area of about 25 m², except for one that is slightly smaller and has between 20 and 22 m². All are equipped with a double bed, quality furniture, modern interior and a kitchen designed for preparing light meals. Kitchens include one hotplate, small fridge with freezer compartment, basic dishes, pan, espresso machine and electric kettle.
Four-bed maisonettes have an area of 35 to 40 m² and have two double beds, one of which is located in the lower part and the other on the gallery, which makes them particularly suitable for a family stay. The furniture has been carefully selected to strike a balance between comfort and modern style.
All accommodation units have side or distant sea view. From the first floor the view is partially obscured by trees, while from the second floor it is more open and pronounced.
The bathrooms are modernly decorated and equipped with a shower with a glass partition.
All studios and maisonettes have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer and mosquito nets. The maisonettes also have two televisions and two air conditioners, one on each level.
The property does not have a private parking lot, but parking is possible in front of and behind the villa, in a quiet street with little traffic, where there is enough space for all guests.
Cleaning is done every other day and includes a change of towels, while bed linen is changed every four days.
The location of the villa is easily accessible. Coming from the direction of Prino, you need to turn right before the Blue Dream Palace Hotel. After a short descent, you will come across a sign for the Meli Boutique Hotel. Following that sign, right behind the hotel, on a slight rise, is Ifigeneia Premium Villa.
This accommodation is an extremely good choice for guests who want a completely new, well-furnished space in a quiet environment, close to the beach, yet far from the crowds and noise.

Drosia Villa is a new and modernly equipped accommodation located in the small town of Tripiti, only 150 meters from the beach. It is intended for guests who are looking for peace, privacy and a facility with a smaller number of accommodation units, as it has only two apartments and a large yard.
The accommodation is completely new, and the first guests will be received at the beginning of August 2025.
The nearest supermarket is about 2.2 km away, at the entrance to Limenaria, while the nearest restaurant is within the Blue Dream Palace Hotel, about 350 meters away. The center of Limenarija, with shops and a promenade, is about 2.8 km away. The nearest beach is located at the beach bar Plavoulis, only 150 meters from the accommodation. Tripiti Beach is long and wide - the closest part is a combination of sand and small pebbles, with stone slabs at the entrance to the sea, while the right part of the beach, in front of the Blue Dream Palace Hotel, is pebbly. This beach is especially suitable for guests who enjoy diving and underwater exploration.
The building consists of two spacious apartments, one of which is located on the ground floor and has an area of 53 m², while the other is located on the first floor and has 57 m².
Both apartments have two bedrooms with double beds, a spacious living room with a sofa suitable for another person, as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has two hotplates, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster and all the dishes needed to prepare a meal.
The bathroom is modernly decorated and has a shower with a glass partition.
The apartments are equipped with three air conditioners, wireless Internet, three televisions, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, as well as a grill available to guests.
At the guests' request, the owners can provide a baby cot.
The yard is spacious and contains a barbecue, as well as a table and chairs for sitting and enjoying the outdoors.
Parking is provided for all guests of the accommodation.
During the stay, the guests maintain their own hygiene, and the owners will provide an additional set of bed linen and towels that can be replaced if necessary.
Upon arrival, a deposit in the amount of €100 is required, which is returned upon departure if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Prino, after passing the Blue Dream Palace hotel on the right, then the Zoe and Zako Apartments hotels on the left side of the main road, you need to turn left immediately at the bend. The accommodation is located right next to the main road.
