Thanasis Studios is located on a hill above Tripiti Beach, so all studios have sea views and are very affordable. The yard is spacious and has a covered seating area and barbecue. Parking is provided for accommodation guests.
The house is 2 km from the center of Limenaria, and the nearest supermarket is 1 km away. Accommodation is located 100m from the nearest beach and 300m from Tripiti beach. The beach in front of the villa is mostly rocky in the water and sandy on the shore, so it is not suitable for children, but Tripiti is only a few minutes' walk away.
The villa has four studios, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, but only two are available for online booking. The studios have one double bed of standard size and one slightly narrower one, as well as one single bed each. These units can accommodate families with three children. The studios are very spacious and have spacious terraces with fantastic sea views.
Each studio has a kitchen and bathroom, wireless internet signal, TV, mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning. Given that the house is on a hill, the view is beautiful in all directions, both towards the sea and towards the mountains, without a dense neighborhood and looking at the walls of the neighboring house, but only at the sea plaventillo.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every four days, and more often if necessary.
Guests have at their disposal a parking lot, a brick barbecue in the yard, a beautiful yard, perfect peace and an incredible view of the sea, both from the terrace and the yard, as well as from the interior of the studio.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, a few hundred meters after Tripiti you will see a sign on the left side of the highway for Studios Thanasis (the sign says Θανασηs). You should slow down after Tripiti, because it can easily happen that you don't notice the turn, because it is close to the curve and you can hardly see it. Across the turn is a dirt road widening, so it may be best to navigate it. The road that separates from the highway to Tanasis is steep (50m long), concrete, and at the end of the road, next to the villa, there is a large dirt parking lot.
If you need decent and very clean accommodation, Villa Thanasis is a really great choice. It's even better if you have a larger company for grilling and socializing, but even if you're alone you'll enjoy the peace, the view and the clean air. There are restaurants, hotels and bars on Trypiti beach, so if you are looking for a vacation in the true sense of the word, and at the same time you want to be within a two-minute drive from larger places, Villa Thanasis has all our recommendations.
