Villa Fotini Studios is located a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach, between the center of Vasiliki and the village of Pondi, in a quiet part of the village surrounded by greenery. Around the villa there is a large and beautifully decorated yard, suitable for children. It offers guests a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a summer house, private parking, a brick grill, as well as wireless internet.
The nearest bakery and shop are 300 meters away.
This facility has a total of 15 studios, with an area of up to 30m2, which can accommodate up to four people.
Eight studios are located on the first floor, while seven of them are on the ground floor.
Ten three-bed studios each have one double bed and one single bed.
Five four-bed studios have one more single bed each.
All studios are bright, comfortable, well maintained throughout the year.
All accommodation units have a bathroom, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and two hotplates, a bathroom, as well as a large terrace with a beautiful view.
The pool is open daily from 9 am to 8 pm.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily.
Pets are not allowed, while a cot is available upon request when booking.
After entering Vasiliki and passing the SPetrol pump, turn right at the first intersection and drive 120m. At the next intersection, turn right towards the town and Pondi beach, drive straight on the road for another 600m, after which you turn into the street on the right after the Odyseion Hotel and the road that leads you straight to the accommodation.
