Rolandos Studios is located in Vasiliki, in the village of Pondi, about 100 meters from the sea and approximately 200 meters from the sandy beach of Pondi. The house is located on a hill, which allows a beautiful view of the sea, and at the same time it is an excellent base for visiting all the famous beaches of Lefkada.
The center of Vasiliki is about 900 meters away, while the nearest shop and bakery are about 150 meters away.
The facility has eight accommodation units spread over three floors.
There are four studios on the first floor. Studios number 4 and 5 are double, with a double bed, a sea view, a large refrigerator in the kitchen, a large wardrobe and a shower tub in the bathroom. Studios number 3 and 6 are three-bedded and have one double and one single bed. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed, but then the space becomes very limited, so the extra beds are intended exclusively for smaller children. Studio number 3 has a large refrigerator and two balconies, while studio number 6 has one balcony and a smaller refrigerator. Both studios have a shower in the bathroom.
On the second floor there are two studios and one larger apartment. Apartment number 8, about 40 m², has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One room has a double bed and the other two single beds. Both rooms have access to a balcony with a view of the sea. Entering the apartment leads to the kitchen area with a large refrigerator, dining table and TV, from which you can enter both bedrooms and the bathroom. Studio number 7 is of the same type as studio number 3, while studio number 9 is of the same type as studio number 6.
On the third floor, i.e. in the attic, there is one accommodation unit with the most beautiful view of the sea. It is a four-bed attic apartment with an area of about 30 m². The bedroom is separate and has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa suitable for one adult or two small children. If necessary, an extra bed can be added. The apartment has two balconies - the bedroom overlooks the street, while the living room has a balcony with a view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with two hotplates and a small refrigerator.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, bathroom with shower, kitchen with two hotplates and terrace with sea view. A cot for a baby is available upon prior request at the time of booking.
Cleaning is done every other day, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
The facility does not have a reception, but the owners live on the ground floor of the same house and are available to guests for any help or information.
The owners, with an extra charge, also offer dinner, including Thai cuisine, given that the hostess is originally from Thailand.
Private parking is provided, but it is located about 500 meters from the accommodation.
Check-in for accommodation is possible until 11 pm.
