Savinos Rooms is a villa located just 60 meters from Pondi Beach. All 16 accommodation units in the villa have been renovated. In addition to the proximity to the sea and comfortable rooms, the villa has wireless internet and private parking for all guests, and there is also a beautifully landscaped yard that completes the stay.
The most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Kathisma or Milos beaches are located within a 25-45 minute drive from this accommodation.
The nearest shop and bakery are located 100m away.
This villa offers guests apartments that can accommodate up to 4 people - the area is 30m2, with a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa in the remaining kitchen area.
In addition to apartments, we also offer studios, 18m2 in size, with one double bed; as well as rooms, 15m2, which contain a double bed.
All accommodation units have a terrace with a view of the sea or the mountain, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a plasma TV and air conditioning, a safe, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a stove, all the necessary utensils and dishes, as well as electrical appliances (except for the rooms, which only have a refrigerator and basic dishes).
The insulation in the entire building is at an exceptional level, so guests will not be disturbed by any noise.
Savinos has a reception, and the owners are at the guests' service for any help or information.
The villa can be reached by entering Vasiliki, passing the SPetrol pump, at the first intersection turn right, drive another 120m and at the next intersection turn right towards the town and Pondi beach. Drive straight for another 500m until you come across Savinos Rooms on the left.
