Villa Steven is located in Pondi, in a location where there is no noise, only 100 meters from the sea. It offers studios and apartments that can host from two to four people. It has a yard with a summer house, from which there is a view of the bay and the neighboring islands. All guests are provided with a parking space.
The beach is 150 meters from the accommodation, and the nearest restaurant is about 100 meters away.
There are a total of eight accommodation units for rent distributed on the ground floor, first floor and attic.
These are studios for two to three people and apartments with two bedrooms for four people. Two double studios have 15m2 and a double bed. They are located on the top floor and overlook the sea. One three-bed studio is 38m2 and contains two joined single beds and a sofa for one person. It also has a view of the sea, and is positioned on the first floor.
Three apartments are 45m2, while one is 60m2. They have the same bed layout - one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Everyone looks at the sea.
The 60m2 apartment has two bathrooms and two air conditioners. There is a view of the mountain, but you can also see a little of the sea. Apartments of 45 m2 have one air conditioner in the hallway and one television in each bedroom.
From the 2022 season, there is also an apartment on the ground floor, which has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds (drawer bed) in the living room. This apartment has 40 square meters, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace with seating (but no view).
All accommodation units have a hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and most units have a terrace/porch with a view of the sea. Apartments have ovens, studios only hotplates.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily.
In addition to seating, there is also a brick barbecue with dining tables in the yard, so this is an ideal space for socializing, reading, or enjoying breaks from walking or swimming.
Parking for all guests is provided.
