Valley House is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Vasiliki, in the south of the island of Lefkada. This two-story villa exudes modern comfort, elegance and the peace of the Mediterranean environment. Surrounded by olive groves and mountainous landscapes, it is an ideal choice for guests who want a luxurious, but quiet and relaxing stay in the Ionian Islands. It is about 1.3 km from the nearest beach and offers the perfect balance between accessibility and privacy. A private swimming pool, a spacious yard with deckchairs, a carefully arranged interior and a view of nature and the sea in the distance make this villa ideal for a family vacation, a stay for couples or friends who want to escape from everyday life and enjoy Lefkada completely.
The villa can host up to six adults and is suitable for both adults and families with children. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds that can be joined if necessary. In the living room there is a large sofa that can sleep two more people. A spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining room form the central part of the villa, ideal for shared meals and socializing.
A baby cot and feeding table are available on request, which makes the stay even more suitable for families with small children.
All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned. Free WiFi is available to guests, as well as a smart TV in every room with Netflix enabled. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a four ring ceramic hob, large oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The villa also has a washing machine, hair dryer and ironing equipment.

Although it is located in a quiet and secluded part of Vasiliki, the villa is perfectly positioned for visiting the most beautiful beaches of Lefkada. Agiofili beach is about 3 km away, Porto Katsiki about 15 km, and Egremni about 20 km. Vasiliki is known as one of the best windsurfing spots in Greece and offers numerous taverns, cafes and shops. In the area there are also traditional villages such as Agios Petros, Kalamitsi and Sivros, known for their local cuisine, wines and authentic atmosphere. From the port in Vasiliki, it is possible to organize a one-day trip by boat to the island of Meganisi. The nearest airport is Aktion in Preveza, about 55 km away, with easy access to the island via a bridge.
