Description Avista Private Resort, a modern and newly built facility, is located in the village of Vourvourou, on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula, at a distance of 1.1km from the Fava beach, and 2.3km from the beautiful Karidi beach. In its structure, Avista Private Resort is a maisonette on two levels intended for a maximum of eight adults. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms, and two bedrooms, while on the upper level, in the attic, within an open gallery, there is a sleeping area. Each bedroom has a double bed, and one of them has an additional single bed. Within the open gallery, there is a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for one person. On the veranda equipped with seating furniture, you can enjoy the view of the garden and the pool. In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has several independent cooling units, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, three bathrooms with toiletries, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic glass hob and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available. Pets are allowed in this accommodation. The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done daily, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every third day.
