Description Avista Villa is a luxurious accommodation nestled among olive trees and surrounded by hills covered in lush green forests, offering panoramic views of the sea and five small islands within the archipelago near the town of Vourvourou on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula. The distance to the beach in the village is 300m, while the beautiful Karidi beach is 2.7km away. The nearest supermarket is located at a distance of 1.6km and a bakery-patisserie at 850m. This villa is a two-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to seven adults. The ground floor of the villa consists of a living room, kitchen, dining area, and a toilet, while the upper level, on the first floor, includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom features a double bed, and the living room has two single beds and a sofa for one person. Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings overlooking the garden and pool from the veranda or one of the four balconies equipped with seating sets. This air-conditioned accommodation, with two independent cooling units on each level, offers guests free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a bathroom with toiletries, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic hob and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. A baby cot is available upon request. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owners. Housekeeping is provided daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. In the beautifully landscaped courtyard, with stone paths, a green garden with Greek ceramics and lanterns that create a romantic atmosphere in the evenings, you can find numerous amenities for you and your little ones - whether you want to cool off in the pool, relax on sun loungers, sip your favorite drinks at one of the seating areas, prepare a barbecue with family and friends, play a game of table tennis or have fun on the basketball or football court, while your youngest ones have fun on the swings or slide in the courtyard. Four bicycles and two canoes are available, one for two people and the other for one person. Two parking spaces are provided within the courtyard for guests. Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, when you reach the town of Vourvourou, near the church and Leivadiotis supermarket, turn left and continue straight for another 1.4km, then turn into a small, narrow street on the right side - drive 100m to the end of the street, then turn slightly right to enter the courtyard of Avista Villa.
