Excellent Villa is an accommodation that lives up to its name and meets the criteria of even the most demanding guests. It is located in Vourvuru, on the east coast of the Sithonia peninsula, 180m from the nearest sandy beach, and 3km from the beautiful Karidi beach.
The nearest supermarket is 750m away, opposite the church.
The accommodation consists of two identical accommodation units which, according to their structure, are maisonettes on three levels, intended for a maximum of six adults and two children. On the lower level, three steps below the level of the courtyard, there is a living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, and one bedroom on the second floor. Two bedrooms have one double bed each, the third bedroom has two single beds, while the living room has a sofa for two people. There is another bathroom on the mezzanine between the first and second floors. On the veranda or on one of the two balconies equipped with seating, you can enjoy the view of the sea and the yard.
Within these air-conditioned maisonettes, in which the living room and each bedroom have independent cooling units, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safe, a hairdryer, two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower tub with glass screens. A baby cot is available on request. Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request.
The cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay for reservations longer than seven days. For stays shorter than seven days, the cleaning of the accommodation units is not provided, and an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided halfway through the stay.
Guests have the opportunity to prepare a barbecue with family and friends in the yard, which is fenced, carefully maintained and romantically decorated, so it represents a real oasis of peace and relaxation.
A limited number of parking spaces in the courtyard are provided for guests of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, when you reach the town of Vourvourou, at the church and Leivadiotis supermarket, turn left and continue driving straight for another 750m - Excellent Villa is on your right, in front of the boat parking.
