Pefka Studios and Apartments is an accommodation tucked away among tall trees and greenery in Vourvourou, ideal for families who want to be close to the beach in a peaceful environment. Friendly owners will make your stay even more pleasant.
It was renovated in 2001 and is located 80m from the sea. The beach near the accommodation is sandy, but narrow and boats are mostly left in that part. The nearest supermarket and taverns are about 100m away.
This accommodation consists of four apartments and four studios each, on the ground floor and on the first floor. All have an area of about 30m2 and two balconies, with the balcony at the back of the house being shared. Four-bed apartments each have a double bed and a sofa in the bedroom, as well as an additional sofa in the room with the kitchen. The studios each have a double bed and a sofa, as well as the possibility of inserting an additional extra bed. Two apartments and two studios are located on the first floor, and two apartments and two studios are on the ground floor.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and mosquito nets. They have a kitchen with a mini stove with an oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer. In the bathrooms, they have a shower cabin or a bordered area with a curtain, they have clothes dryers, and there is also a shared washing machine, which you can use in agreement with the owner and for a certain fee.
In the spacious yard on the right there is a small playground for children with swings and a shower in the garden, and on the left there is a parking lot for all guests. Five parking spaces are covered, and a barbecue is available to guests. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
You will find accommodation easily, because it is on the main street that passes through Vourvura. As soon as you turn off the highway near the supermarket and enter this place, after a few 1.8km you will see a villa on the right.
For all those who want a quiet vacation, Pefka Studios and Apartments can be an excellent choice.
