Within the building, there are studios on the first and second floors, some of which have been recently renovated. They are intended for the stay of up to four adults and are equipped with a double bed and two single beds or with two joined single beds, one single bed and a sofa for one person.
At the request of guests and without additional charge, it is possible to get a cot for a baby.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a kitchen designed for the preparation of light meals, which includes a stove with two hotplates, a small fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker and a toaster.
Guests can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on the balcony with seating, enjoying the sea view. A barbecue is also available in the common yard, with the corresponding seating set.
