Nakou House is located about 250 meters from Loutsa Beach and the town center. It is built on a rock above Vrahos, which gives it a fantastic panoramic view of the town and the sea. It offers its guests a spacious and beautifully decorated yard, a shared barbecue, a seating and dining area, private parking and wireless internet.
The nearest bakery and shop are about 500 meters away.
The accommodation consists of two apartments 4+2, with an area of about 40 m². Each apartment has one double bed, two single beds (standard length, slightly smaller width), a pull-out sofa and the possibility of adding an extra bed (metal construction with a slightly thinner mattress).
The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with two hotplates, a large fridge, a toaster and a kettle. The accommodation includes a bathroom, mosquito nets and a very spacious terrace with a view of Vrahos and the sea. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay.
The accommodation can be reached by entering Vrahos from the direction of Parga and driving for about 1 km, all the way to the villa Mrs. Lily. A little before the villa, turn left, then continue uphill for about 250 meters to the fork. At the fork, turn right and drive another 50 meters to the accommodation on the left.
Nakou House is an excellent choice for travelers who want a peaceful environment, a fantastic sea view and good value for money.
