The Zorbas bakery is 270m away, and the Masoutis supermarket is 550m away. Within this accommodation, which was built in the middle of 2023, we offer studios and apartments that are located in the basement, upper ground floor or on the first floor and are intended for accommodation of a maximum of four people. In the basement there are apartments with a double bed in the bedroom and exit to the veranda, while in the kitchen there are two beds for one person. On the upper ground floor are apartments with two bedrooms with a double bed and two beds for one person. The two-level studios, which are maisonettes in structure, are located on the first floor of the building and have a double bed in the sleeping area on the open gallery, as well as two single beds or two single sofas in the kitchen area on the lower level. Depending on the number of floors of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy the balcony or veranda with a view of the swimming pool and the yard. The maisonettes have two balconies each, and the upper balcony of some maisonettes offers a view of the sea. Accommodation units are cleaned daily during the stay, and bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
