On the upper floor (gallery) there is a double bed, and on the lower floor there is a sofa that folds out to become a double bed for two people and an armchair that folds out and can sleep one person. There are no doors between these two levels. Maisonettes have two air conditioners, one on each level. From the upper level you can see the sea, but there is no balcony up there, it is located on the lower level in front of the entrance. Maisonettes have an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
One four-bed studio (4 Bed Studio, Unlimited Sea View, 40m2) on the high ground floor (three steps above ground level) which has one double bed and a pull-out sofa for two children up to 10 years old or one adult. This studio has an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
Five standard studios (2 Bed Studio (2+1), Standard40m2) for three people located on the high ground floor (three to four steps above ground level). These studios have wooden beds and furniture, they have not been renovated and are therefore more affordable than other accommodation units. They have two single beds and an extra bed for one person. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is also not renovated and does not have a shower cabin, but a bathtub without a curtain.
One four-bed studio (3 Bed Studio, Unlimited Sea View, 40m2) located on the first floor and has a large balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. This studio has a double bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate a maximum of two children up to 10 years old or one adult. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower cabin.
One three-bed studio (3 Bed Studio, Partial Sea View, 40m2) on the upper ground floor, consisting of a French bed and a sofa for one person. This studio has an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a glass partition.
All accommodation units have a well-equipped kitchen with the necessary dishes, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, hotplates, a kettle, a coffee maker, etc. They also have a TV, a hairdryer and a private bathroom. The windows have mosquito nets. Free wireless internet is also available.
All accommodation units have their own balcony with a table and chairs, and there are also tables and chairs in the yard that guests can use. There is also a brick barbecue in the yard.

There are seven apartments in the offer, which are also equipped. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower with a glass partition, two air conditioners, two TVs, one for the bedroom and one for the kitchen. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the crossroads in Potos turn left towards Teologos and after 950m on the right side of the road you will see a sign for this accommodation.

Laskarina Garden Studios is a nice and beautiful accommodation, with a neat and well-kept yard. The hygiene of the studio is at a high level, and the friendly owners try to make sure everything goes smoothly and are there for anything you need.
Studios Laskarina Garden is located 300m from the center of Potos and about 400m from the city beach in Potos.
The accommodation has available six studios (25m2), positioned behind the first object you come across when you enter the courtyard, which is also in our offer, under the name Laskarina Studios. Three studios each are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are located on the first floor. The two side studios have four beds, and the studios in the middle, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, have three beds, and a sofa bed can be inserted if necessary. The studios have one double bed and one or two single beds. All accommodation units have a view of the courtyard.
For the 2026 season, there will be three studios on offer. Two on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The furniture is newer and well maintained. All studios, in addition to a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, have a private bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, TV, wireless Internet, hair dryer, kettle and refrigerator. Only two studios on the ground floor have a larger refrigerator.
Cleaning is done daily and towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
The yard is very clean. It has a brick grill with space and furniture for sitting, socializing and dining, as well as an area for children to play, swings and a slide. There are eight parking spaces at the entrance to the courtyard, and if there are no spaces, there is also free parking along the street.
At the central intersection in Potos, turn left towards Teologos. After 300m you will see a house on the left side of the street, across from Villa Athina, right after Villa Dusseldorf.
Laskarina Garden Studios is the ideal accommodation for anyone who wants a decent property in Potos at reasonable prices, not far from the beach.
