Villa Pipini is located in the wider center of Limenas, in Dimitriadou Street, after the Hotel Conti i Lina, Fotini. The villa is about a kilometer away from the strictest center of the town, and about a kilometer and a half from the city beach. The nearest beach is Vournelis (some 400 meters). Tarsanas beach is about 800m from the villa, in extension of Vournelis beach. When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive along the sea along the main road (about 300 meters), then reach the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name, and you follow the main road and turn left. to the first big crossroads (with Dimitriadou Street) and turn left, and then after 200 meters you reach Villa Pipini, which is on the left side of the street. Accommodation is located on the beach in Skala Potamia. When you reach the port, follow the sign that leads to the village of Panagia, and then the sign for the village of Potamia. Three kilometers after passing the village of Potamia, you will see the Hotel Korina on the left side of the road. Turn left and continue on this road without turning until you reach the beach and the Magic Coast cafe.
