The apartment is located in the center of Bar, next to the Telenor branch. It is only a five-minute walk from the town square, while the apartment is less than fifteen minutes from the town beach.
All shops, as well as hypermarkets, pharmacy, health center, restaurants, cafes are within easy reach. Our accommodation could in any sense be classified in the "lux" category.
In September 2013, it was renovated, the area of the apartment is 55m2, two-storey with a wooden gallery. The bathroom has a large bathtub, the kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room there is a Dallas sofa (two-seater, three-seater and armchair - all elements are extendable).
The living room is separated by an accordion door from the kitchen, and from the living room there is an exit to the loggia - a covered terrace. Above the living room is a wooden gallery, with wooden fixed stairs. The gallery has a new double bed measuring 180x200, two wooden chests of drawers next to the double bed and one wooden built-in closet.
The apartment has cable, internet, air conditioning. It also has other necessities like hair dryers, irons, bed linen, towels.
