At 350 m from the villa is the sandy beach of Bečići. The beaches in Rafailovići or Kamenovo are only a 20-25 minute walk away. It will take you about the same time to reach Budva on foot. The nearest bus stop is only 150 meters away. The villa is located in a quiet place, without crowds, it has its own fenced yard with parking spaces. Near the villa there are several restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy, a bakery, a market and a small water park in the hotel (Mediterranean). Dear future guests of Villa Gloria! For a detailed price list, send a message to email or viber/whatsapp. The price depends on the exact date, the number of people and the type of apartment, the price is not the same for the whole summer! I will send you pictures and video of the apartment, and availability. Villa Gloria is located in a quiet part of Becica, just 7 to 10 minutes' walk from the sandy beach. In the immediate vicinity of a mega market with a grill, a bakery, a fruit shop, a pharmacy, various cafes. Hotel Mediteran and Belgrade are 5 minutes away, they are on the way to the beach. We offer 12 studio apartments - two-bed, three-bed and four-bed. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, TV, WiFi, air conditioning. The two-bed apartments have a common terrace in the garden, and the three-bed and four-bed apartments each have their own terrace with a view of the sea, which is very rare in Becica! Check-in from 13, check-out until 9. Advance payment is required for booking. We have a limited number of parking spaces and they must be reserved in advance.

Villa SAN MARCO *** is located in Becici, above the hotel "The Queen of Montenegro", 10 minutes walk from the sea, about 400m from the beach. It is located in a quiet part of this beautiful coastal town and is ideal for holidays of all generations. The villa consists of 36 studios, double and twin with extra bed. The villa has its own free parking. The villa does not have an elevator. Studio 1/2 has a double bed, studio 1/2 + 1 with a double and one extra bed (armchair that opens), bathroom, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. Each studio has CATV, free wi-fi internet and air conditioning. There is a possibility to rent a studio on the ground floor of the villa which has a baby cot (no extra charge). Towels and linen are changed every 5 days if staying longer than 10 days. Bicycles can be rented at the reception of the villa, and we also offer the possibility of organizing optional excursions (Ostrog, Tara Canyon, Skadar Lake, Lovcen National Park, Bay of Kotor) and transfer service - information and payment on the spot. (discount valid in other terms) - special family discount: for renting two studios to families (four-member and multi-member) we grant a 10% discount on the total price SUPPLEMENTS: - if a child aged 3-10 stays in the studio 1/2 in a shared bed with two adults, the supplement is 5Eur per day / studio - for stays shorter than 3 nights the price increases by 20% TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment is made in dinars at the selling rate of Banca Intesa on the day of payment. METHOD OF PAYMENT: - When booking, 30% of the value of the arrangement is paid, the rest 15 days before the trip or by citizens' checks until 31.12.2019. - By administrative ban of 30% when booking, for the remaining amount (as of December 31, 2019) the service user is obliged to submit to the Organizer within two working days after the advance payment the Decision on administrative ban (form issued by the Organizer), certified and signed by by the Employer. - Payment cards (Visa, Dina, Master, Maestro, American) - Banca Intesa cardholders can pay for arrangements in installments (up to 6 installments) without interest.
