It is a new facility built in 2022. It is located along the Adriatic highway on the south side, about 150m from the sea. It contains 3 studio apartments and 1 one-room apartment. Around the building there is a spacious garden/lawn with olive trees, vines, flowers and other Mediterranean plants. Parking spaces are secured by a sliding gate with remote control. The building also has a basement where there are washing and drying machines, ironing board + iron. Their use, including detergents, is free. Next to the building there is a mini market "Idea", as well as a bus station. The station in the direction of Herceg Novi is across the road from the building, while the station for Kotor is located about 300m to the west, i.e. near the Voli market.
