🏡 Description of the apartment
A modern, fully equipped and impeccably clean studio apartment with a balcony, located in an excellent and very connected area of Budva — a real 6-7 minute easy walk to the beach, without hills and unpleasant surprises.
The apartment can comfortably host up to 4 people and is ideal for couples, small families, short vacations, but also longer stays or remote work. Everything you need is within reach and within walking distance.
Many years of experience in renting out and a large number of satisfied guests are the best confirmation of the quality of our accommodation and service.

The apartment is located 100 m behind the EKO gas station, i.e. some 480 m from the sea, in a quiet residential part of Budva, close enough to all important facilities, yet separated from the city noise, which makes it an excellent choice for vacation.
Within a few minutes' walk there are: markets and supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, pharmacies, a private health clinic, the main promenade by the sea, as well as other everyday amenities.
This location provides an ideal balance between practicality, comfort and peace — exactly what most guests are looking for in Budva.

Carefully decorated studio of 35 m², designed to provide maximum functionality and comfort.
Contains:
• queen-size bed measuring 160x200 cm with a quality orthopedic mattress
• corner set that can be extended into a bed for 2 more people
bed linen and towels
• private balcony with seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation
• fully equipped kitchen for short and long stays
• modern bathroom with shower and washing machine
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building that does not have an elevator.
Every arrival of guests is greeted by a professionally cleaned and neatly prepared area.

This means that the price is the same regardless of whether 1 person or up to 4 adults are staying.
