I am renting a fully furnished new apartment, 50 m2, on the third floor, in a residential building near Tehnomax and the roundabout, on the ring road. The building has two elevators.
In the bedroom there is a double bed, and in the living room there is a three-seater and a two-seater sofa. Both rooms open onto a spacious terrace.
The apartment has all the necessary things for a comfortable stay (fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, CTV, internet, as well as its own parking space in front of the building...). In the vicinity are supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, hairdressers, beauty salons, gyms, sports fields.....
The capacity of the apartment is up to 5 people and is ideal for a family vacation. In the courtyard of the building there is a modern park with props for children.
We are 1.6 km from the center of Budva (Old Town). Slovenska beach is about 1 km, and Bečići beach is about 2 km. Aquapark Budva and disco TOP HILL are nearby. It is about 4 km to one of the most beautiful beaches of the Montenegrin coast, the Jaz beach, and the beaches of Trsteno (adapted for children) and Ploče are also nearby.
