The villa is located in a quiet natural green environment (read - wild), surrounded by oak and elm trees, "singing" insects, wild animal and authentic Montenegrin rocks.
Villa is situated at 256 meters above sea level in a place where is a collision of sea and mountain climate. It offers a fantastic view of the sea, on one side, on the other side on Lovćen mountain, on a third to hights of mountin Orjen, city of Bjela in Boka-Kotor bay, the Lake in Mrčevo polje and roofs of Lastva Grbaljska.

The most beautiful and cleanest beaches of Montenegro - Jaz, Trsteno, Ploce are 1.5 km away . There is a short cut from villa to Jaz beach – distance 600 meters down the hill – on foot. With a vehicle - distance - 5 minutes to center of Budva and 5 minutes to Sea.
The property consists of two houses in a row on two and three levels, with three separate housing units. The villa is renting as a whole in the absence of the owner, or separately, as two separate houses each with own garden
