The apartments are located in the very heart of Herceg Novi on the Pet Danica Promenade, 10 meters from the sea, near Žalo beach, the port, numerous restaurants and cafes. There are three furnished apartments for 2 people on the first floor, one apartment for 3 people and one single apartment on the ground floor. There is also a large parking lot near the apartment (near the Tri Lipe Restaurant), where a daily ticket is charged at the price of 10e.

I am renting a fully equipped studio apartment above Jaz beach - Budva. The studio apartment has all the necessary things for a comfortable stay (air conditioning, TV, internet kitchen, washing machine...) We are 3.5 km from the center of Budva (Old Town), and about 1.5 km from Jaz beach. Also nearby are the beaches of Trsteno (adapted for children) and the beach of Ploče, which has numerous swimming pools, the famous TOP HILL disco and Aquapark Budva. JAZ beach - one of the most beautiful beaches on the Montenegrin coast. It belongs to the municipality of Budva and is 4.5 km from the center of Budva. Beach TRSTENO is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region of Donji Grblja and is one of the nine most beautiful beaches of the Montenegrin coast. . Nearby is the ethnic village of Carević, which is one of the biggest attractions on the Montenegrin coast. It is spread over a huge property of 64 hectares of land by the sea where there is a farm of domestic animals, a zoo with roe deer, mouflons, chamois, a restaurant, a promenade and sports fields. The capacity of the apartment is up to 5 people and is ideal for a family vacation.
