The apartment is located in a new building 100m from the sea with a total area of 65m2. The building has a large swimming pool, available free of charge to guests of the apartment, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Free sun loungers are provided within the pool. The apartment is fully designed, highlighted by functionality as well as many details and accompanying facilities; Wi-Fi in the whole building, terrace of 20m2 with sea view and yard, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, oven, bakery, espresso machine, stove, toaster ..) . I am renting a house for independent living (guests would not come into contact with anyone), which consists of two separate apartments. (one or the other can be rented separately, or the whole house with both apartments). One includes the ground floor and the first floor (size 115m2). And the second apartment (size 35m2) is on the second floor of the house. The first apartment, which is larger than 115m2, has two air-conditioned bedrooms (in both double beds) bed (possibility to add another single bed) and bathroom. TV with total channels, free WI FI - internet. which provides peace, intimacy and of course freedom, garage and parking. The second apartment (smaller), on the second floor is also fully equipped for 4 guests and has its own terrace with sea view and entrance. Both apartments have a network for insects. The price of a smaller apartment is 30e in June, 40e per day in July and August. The beach is 300m away, shop 500m. The price of the lower (larger 115m2) apartment per day for 4 people (for more agreement) in June is 35e, in July and August 50e , in September 30. For more guests up to eight people the whole house is available, both apartments and the price is in June 75e. in July and August 90e, September 70e. Tourist tax is not included in the price.
