Easily accessible and charming Petrovac is a big enough costal town to offer you a perfect mix of traditional and modern: Castello Fort, Katic and Holy Sunday Islands Island, Red Commune Memorial House, numerous restaurants and beaches. On the other hand it is small enough to enchant you with its greenery, warm intimacy and peacefulness. It offers you also two fascinating hiking trails via pine forests to Buljarice and Perazića Do beaches, amazing monasteries and much else worth exploring in its proximity. From June 2022 two of our units are offered for your full enjoyment: Yellow Andante Apartment (sleeping 2-4 adults, max 2 adults +2 kids) and Green Andante Studio (sleeping 2-3 adult, max 2 adults +2 kids), with separate entrances and fenced yard parking space for one car per unit. We cannot wait to welcome you as our guests, with most sincere desire for you to enjoy these spaces as your "home away from home", in all comfort and joy of domestic warmth, and yet as perfect spots to keep returning to for more of those adventurous and all other unique and unforgettable Montenegro memories.

Apartments My Pržno are located in a quiet and peaceful place Pržno. They are just a few minutes walk from the local beach, and some of the most beautiful beaches of the Budva Riviera are nearby. Sveti Stefan and Kamenovo Beaches are about a 15-minute walk away, Bečići Beach is 3.5 km away and Drobni Pijesak is 6 km away. Pržno is known as a small fashion place. The oasis is a lover of crystal clear sea, romantic sunsets and restaurants with fish specialties. We offer five accommodation units with a total capacity of twenty-four beds with the possibility of extra beds for children. Accommodation units consist of two one-bedroom apartments, two two-bedroom apartments and one luxury three-bedroom apartment. All apartments have balconies with direct or side sea view. Guests have access to an outdoor pool with sun loungers, a children’s playroom and private parking. Guest satisfaction is the motive of our business and we are ready to meet all additional requirements.

Apartment 50m2 lux, located at a distance of 140m from the beach, has its own parking, near restaurants, cafes, post office, in a quiet location. All our apartments are non-smoking.

The house is ideal for family tourism. It is located 560m from the sea. Each room has a separate bathroom, kitchen with inventory, terrace, TV. There is a Mediterranean garden in the yard, the terraces are in natural shade. To make a reservation, you must contact by phone, as email is not always available.

Olea apartments are located in Tivat, 20 meters from the beach and 800 meters from the city center. . Everything on the beach is free for apartment guests and only they are allowed to use beach furniture. On the beach guests have deck chairs, umbrellas, shower and internet. We offer 5 one-bedroom apartments and 3 studios. The property offers air-conditioned accommodation, terraces with beautiful sea views and a large park with a hundred-year-old pine forest. The apartments have cable TV, an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom. Free private parking is available on site. Olea is 1 km from the marina Porto Montenegro, and Tivat Airport is 2 km away.

Apartments Popovic are located on the shores of the azure blue sea in the bay Žanjica (10m from the beach) in the shade of olive trees. There are several restaurants nearby as well as many sights. Apartments Popovic are new, first season 2015, equipped in a modern style. In each accommodation unit are available: large double bed, outdoor furniture, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, wireless internet, terrace, secured parking. Guests can enjoy the beach where they can rent diving equipment, equipment for water fun and relaxation, there are also various boat tours as well as visits to Mamula and the Blue Cave, in the immediate vicinity is the church of St. John of 1885.

Villa Popovic is located in the center of the attractive village of Rahovec, between Kotor and Perast, 7 minutes by car from Kotor and 5 minutes from Perast. Just 3 minutes walk to white pebble beaches, restaurants and beach bars. The front side of the villa has a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor, and the back side of a beautiful and peaceful forest. Villa Popovic has a large yard overlooking the sea, where all guests can enjoy. The garden is very suitable for children to play. The villa has its own parking spaces.

Apartments Marija are located in the center of Budva, next to the Hotel Moskva, 5 minutes to the nearest beach and a 10-minute easy walk to the Old Town. Regardless of the proximity of the center, our house is located in a quiet street, so guests have all the conditions for a peaceful vacation. We offer 6 comfortable apartments with fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, free internet, air conditioning and spacious terraces. We change towels every 2-3 days, according to your wishes.
