Our house with apartments is located in Kumbor, at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. We are about 30-40 m away from the sea by air. We have 5 fully equipped apartments, three of which are two-bedroom and two one-bedroom with a separate kitchen and bathroom. Two-bedroom apartments are designed for 5-6 people, and smaller 2-4 people. The apartments have a terrace with beautiful sea and bay views, air conditioning and TVs. The house has a private parking space with natural shade. Tivat and Dubrovnik airports are 30 km away from us. We are 40 km away from the old town of Kotor.
Apartment Zinzula is located in a quiet part of Petrovac na Moru, in one of the oldest parts of the city - Medinski Krs, above the late antique Roman mosaic created in the middle of the 4th century. It is 500 meters from the city beach, 1200 meters from Lučice beach, and 1600 meters from Perazića Do beach, which can be reached by a footpath through a pine forest. The apartment has 38 square meters, which includes two bedrooms with a shared balcony, a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, a dining room, a living room with a corner sofa and a bathroom. A hairdryer, towels and bed linen are provided. Free use of the washing machine is provided. The apartment has air conditioning, wi-fi internet and smart TV with Netflix application. Apartments Bulajic are located in a quiet village Gradiosnica, 4km from the center of Tivat. are fully equipped (dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, each room has air conditioning, iron) each of them has a balcony, suitable for families with children and for longer stays.
