House with separate entrance. On the ground floor there is 1/3 APP. On the first floor there are two rooms as well as on the second floor. The rooms are rented as double with one or two extra beds. House Irena is located in the center of Budva in a quiet area near the large supermarket Voli. The house is 300 m away from the beach, 1 km from the Old Town. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The house has 4 parking spaces in its possession. Parking is on request.
