The facility has its own beach with free use of deckchairs and umbrellas and is 90 meters away from the Belani public swimming pool. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a garden and a private area on the beach. The apartments are for up to 4 people, each apartment has a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The rooms have a double bed for 2 people, and in each living room there is a sofa bed that can also sleep 2 people. Tivat Airport and the nearest beach are only 1km away from us. The center of Tivat is also very close, as is the luxury marina Porto Montenegro.

Apartments Lux S are located not far from Tivat Airport. Luxuriously decorated apartments are equipped for long stays and throughout the year. Each apartment has a washing machine and all necessary dishes and kitchen elements. Each bed has a memory foam mattress. The use of the pool and sunbeds is paid for at 20% of the apartment price per day. The facility is under video surveillance.
