Our family apartments are located in the center of Budva in a very attractive part of town, only 3 minutes easy walk to the sea on Slovenska beach or 8 minutes walk to the walls of the Old Town of Budva. Being so close to the Old Town has its advantages because most cultural and other events are organized there, not to mention the museum, exhibitions, monuments, restaurants, cafe bars, discos and other interesting facilities that you can enjoy. Our facility is categorized with three stars and is located on a very quiet part of the beach, separated from the main street and noise. Each apartment has a sea view and its own wireless internet. We are 100 m away from the beach, 50 m from the center and 50 m from the famous resort "Wind Rose". As the owners are doctors, our guests are provided with 24-hour health service for children and adults with minimal compensation. The facility has a garage with 24-hour video surveillance and free parking.

The house is located on the Adriatic coast, at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor, in a small tourist town Kumbor, 5 kilometers from Herceg Novi. We have 2 four-bed studio apartments, 3 three-bed studio apartments and 2 two-bed studio apartments. Each of the apartments has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, cable TV and WiFi. You are provided with an uninterrupted supply of water. Our apartments are located on the coast so we have our own beach. If you come by car you have secured parking, use of barbecue and the possibility of mooring a boat. We can also provide you with a day trip on our boat.
