Our description Dina's House is located in the center of Asprovalta, about 70 meters from the beach. The villa has a total of 11 accommodation units, was built in 1975, and last renovated in 2013. The four three-bed apartments in this villa consist of two rooms, a bedroom and a living room. In the bedroom there are one double and one single bed, and in the other room there is a large kitchen with a dining table and chairs. Both rooms open onto a large terrace. The villa also has two family four-bed apartments. They have a double bed in one room and one extra bed can be added, and in the other room there are two single beds for two children. The kitchen and dining room are in the third room. The duplex apartment has a total of 3 and all consist of three rooms. In the first room there is one single bed, and also a bar behind which is a kitchen with a refrigerator, hobs and a dining table. In the second room there is a double bed, and in the third two single beds and if necessary an extra bed can be added. Both bedrooms open onto terraces. The bathroom is outside the rooms, so the apartment is suitable for two couples or two families with small children (4 + 2). Dina's House also has 5 double rooms without kitchen. These rooms are new, spacious and nicely decorated, with new furniture and a refrigerator, and some have sea views. All accommodation units have air conditioning (duplex apartments have two), TV, terrace, wireless internet signal, hairdryer have only some rooms, and a baby cot is available on request. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every 5 days. If guests want to maintain hygiene during their stay, each accommodation unit is equipped with utensils and equipment for that purpose. A great advantage of this accommodation are the deck chairs and parasols that guests get with the ordered drink on the beach, which is a few minutes walk from the villa. They do not have private parking, but, according to the owner, there is always free space nearby for safe and free parking of vehicles. If you want decent and new accommodation near the beach, very clean and tidy, with spacious rooms and apartments, in the center of Asprovalta one step away from all amenities, Dina's House can be a great choice.

Our description Stamatia Apartments is located on the main street of Asprovalta. It offers nine double studios (some with a capacity of 2 + 1) and four duplex apartments with a capacity of up to five people. Its biggest advantages are a good location, as it is located in the center, only 120m from the beach, as well as private parking. The nearest market Arista and bakery are at a distance of about 20m. The studios have an area of 22m2 and there are three types, economy, standard and superior, while the duplex apartments have 55m2. All units are air conditioned, have TV (apartments have two TVs and two air conditioners), internet access, kitchen with stove with two hobs and refrigerator (economy and some standard studios have a small refrigerator, and other standard studios, superior studios and apartments large refrigerator). The bathrooms have a curtain shower. All units also have a terrace, except for economy studios, whose guests can use the large shared terrace. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while guests maintain the hygiene of their accommodation units. Private parking is located next to the building and has space for all guests.
