A luxury villa-bungalow in the private residential complex Mykoniatika Resort with a sea view is available for rent. The complex is 3km from Nea Kallikratia Halkidiki and 35 km from the city of Thessaloniki. It is right on a sandy beach with a blue flag and is ideal for carefree and pleasant family holidays. Large gardens, an organized playground, and football, basketball, and tennis courts exist. The house is 75 sqm, with an independent front and back garden and a large terrace with unlimited sea views. Our description If you are coming by the main road from the direction of Hanioti, approximately 200m from the famous bakery Lemoni (you will see a sign with the marked direction) turn right and after 30m you will arrive in Philoxenia Village. Accommodation has 24 air-conditioned studios of 18-20m2. All studios are of the same structure and consist of two double beds, with the possibility of inserting a baby cot. They have a TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils for preparing meals, a stove with two hobs and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The studios have spacious terraces, while the ground floor has brick verandas, without a classic fence. Cleaning of studios, change of towels and bed linen is for five days. In front of the building there is a swimming pool with a separate section for children and a shower. They have private parking with a limited number of parking spaces. However, since the accommodation is not located in the busy part of Pefkohori, it is not difficult to find a free parking space nearby. The building was last renovated in 2009 and is in very good condition. Owner's description Kladi House is located about 6km from Nikiti and 3km from Metamorfosi in a quiet environment between olive groves and forest. A slightly worse road leads to the building, about 1 km, where you can see olive trees, wild and fragrant flowers, and sometimes sheep. :) The nearest beach is about five minutes away by car. The house is air conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed, sofa bed for two, TV, internet and hair dryer.
